This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for services purchased through our platform. Because each campaign involves dedicated time, creative effort, and real ad spend on Meta’s platforms, our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund window on all new hosting accounts.
If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Domain Refund Exception:
Domain registrations are generally non-refundable, but in certain cases, a full refund may be issued if requested within the first 3 days of purchase and the domain has not been transferred, modified, or used in any way.
After 3 days, all domain sales are final.
Does not apply to:
Dedicated IPs or Add-ons
SSL Certificates
Website Migrations or One-Time Setup Fees
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once purchased or activated:
Domain renewals, and transfers (as they are processed instantly and registered to you)
Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, LiteSpeed, etc.)
Dedicated Servers and VPS plans
Custom setup or configuration fees
Third-party integrations
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial order.
The account must be in good standing (no terms-of-service violations or abuse reports).
Refunds apply only to the first purchase of a hosting plan — renewals or upgrades are non-refundable.
Payments made using cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or mobile wallets are not refundable due to processing limitations.
Refunds for credit card or PayPal transactions will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
4. Service Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your service, please log in to your Proxcels Hosting Client Area, open a Support Ticket, and select “Request Cancellation.”
Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless immediate cancellation is requested.
5. Late Payments and Suspensions
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to:
Non-payment or overdue invoices
Violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or Abuse Policy
Suspended accounts may be reactivated upon full payment of outstanding invoices, subject to reactivation fees.
6. Account Credits
If you receive account credits or promotional credits, these are non-refundable and may only be used toward future purchases within the Proxcels Hosting platform.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds may take longer depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
9. Changes to This Policy
Proxcels Hosting reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
10. Funds and Account Credits
Any funds, deposits, or credits added to your Proxcels Hosting account are non-refundable.
These credits can only be used for purchasing or renewing Proxcels services and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred.
If a customer repeatedly requests refunds for multiple orders, future refunds (if approved) will be issued as account credits only, not as cash refunds.
11. Repeated Refund Requests
If a customer repeatedly requests refunds for multiple orders, Proxcels Hosting reserves the right to change how future refunds are handled.
In such cases, any future approved refunds will be issued as account credits only, not as cash refunds.
These credits can be used for future service purchases or renewals but cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash.
12. Policy Updates
If a customer repeatedly requests refunds for multiple orders, Proxcels Hosting reserves the right to change how future refunds are handled.
In such cases, any future approved refunds will be issued as account credits only, not as cash refunds.
These credits can be used for future service purchases or renewals but cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash.
